As we celebrate 20 years of global ministry, we are on the threshold of the greatest opportunities for growth in VisionSynergy history. This year, we expanded into West Africa and added seven new Associates to our team from Pakistan, India, Nepal, and Ghana.
We are currently working in seven countries and next year we anticipate expanding into four new countries. We’ve translated our core training resources into five languages and next year we will begin translation into four more languages. In 2025, we are increasing our budget by $500,000 and trusting the Lord to abundantly provide so we can respond to increased requests for collaboration training by even more leaders.

ACCELERATING THE GOSPEL THROUGH KINGDOM COLLABORATION
When Phill Butler started VisionSynergy 20 years ago, he recognized that it would take the Body of Christ working together to advance God’s Kingdom to the people and places who have never heard the Good News about Jesus.
Since its founding in 2004, we have seen a growing movement of God’s Spirit to unite the Body of Christ to accomplish more than imagined. Yet there are still so many people without access to the Gospel. As you consider your year-end giving, we invite you to prayerfully consider building on Phill’s legacy by making a gift to the 20th Anniversary Expansion Fund.
Gifts made by December 31st will be matched up to $100,000 and will make it possible for us to translate our training resources into new languages and equip even more leaders to catalyze networks in new countries and regions.
With your help, leaders will learn to multiply their efforts by joining with others to maximize their resources and combine their strengths to achieve far more together than if they work separately.
